Once Zoom loads, you’ll be presented with the audio options dialog box. Once the meeting’s page has loaded in the browser, you’ll either be prompted to open Zoom or Zoom will open on its own. All Zoom meetings are accessible through the web – to join a meeting, you can either type the meeting URL in your browser’s address bar or click a link to the meeting. The first thing I’ll cover is joining a meeting. The installation process is quick, and as soon as Zoom is installed, you’ll be brought into the meeting. While it’s helpful to have Zoom installed ahead of time, if you’re attending a meeting on a computer that doesn’t have Zoom installed, you’ll be prompted to install the Zoom client when entering a meeting.
